Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed and has all original tags attached.
How to Return
Contact us through the Contact & Support page with your order number before sending anything back, and we will provide return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
