Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details needed to fulfil your request: your name, email address, delivery address and order information.

Your information is used to process orders, deliver support, and improve the store. Checkout and payment are completed on our Wix store (theluckyclothing.com), which handles payment data under Wix's own security and privacy terms. We never see or store your card details.

We share only what is necessary with the providers that make the store work: Wix (checkout, payments and orders) and delivery carriers. We never sell your personal information.

This site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your shopping cart between visits. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time through the Contact & Support page.
